The tow truck turned up within 30 minutes and the driver was extremely polite, helpful and diligent in his approach.

MA Recovery were fantastic. Fahad go back to me immediately on my dead battery, and was able to get to my place in 40 minutes. Service was quick, effective, and he’s a great guy to talk to. Offered to stay on and help again if the battery died again. I can’t recommend enough.

Broke down on the M25 and called the RAC for help. Knowing what the problem was I told them I needed a tow and they sent out a patrol to check the vehicle. The guy who arrived was lovely but confirmed what I already knew. RAC then said they’d send a tow truck for me in they would be in touch in an hour. 1 hour later still nothing so called only to be told I would need to wait another 3 hours for a pickup whilst stood on the hard shoulder at midnight!
Quick google search and found MA Recovery services and after a 5 min call, quick location share on WhatsApp they confirmed they would be there in 45 mins!! Called the RAC and cancelled their service.
Fahad was an absolute gentleman and restored our faith in humanity that night! Great service! Scrap the big companies and reach out to Fahad and his colleagues instead

MA Recovery (Fahad) thank you so much for coming to recover me and my vehicle on the M11 on Monday. I got a flat tyre at 10.30pm and RAC had told me that it was going to take at least 3-4 hours for one of their vehicles to come and help me. As a young women by myself on the side of the motorway I was feeling pretty down, but googled other recovery services and called MA Recovery. Fahad was immediately very responsive, offered me a reasonable price and could pick me up in 20-30mins. He kept in contact with me at all points from then on, was friendly and respectful. I have never done a google review before but the service I received was above and beyond what i was expecting. Would definitely recommend!
